Refund policy:

$300 US reservation deposit is refundable, less a $50
administrative fee, until January 10, 2008. |

$300.00 is non-refundable after January 10, 2008 |
|
Total tuition is due January 10, 2008 |
|
Reservations made after January 10, 2008 are on a
space-available basis and the total tuition is due with reservation. |
|
If you cancel after January 10, 2008 and we are able to fill your
spot, we will refund your tuition less $100 administrative fee. |
Roommates:
|
You may name your roommate until February 15, 2008, after that
date roommates will be assigned. |
Class size:
|
We are limiting registration to a maximum of 12 students
in each class, a total of 24 people at the retreat. With this size
class, you will be assured individual attention from Margaret and
Nancy, and be inspired by the flow of energy from those sharing the
experience with you. |
Sewing machines:
|
You are encouraged to bring your own sewing machine.
If that is not possible, we are trying to make arrangements to have
machines available. There may be a limit to the number of machines
we are able to obtain, if that is the case, machines will be on a
first-reserved basis. There will be an additional charge for machine
rentals. You will be notified in advance if we are not able to meet
your request. |

As of early 2004 airline security allows sewing machines
to be carried on-board. Your machine will be inspected at the
security gate and tagged as having been inspected by the TSA. Of
course, you will want to check with your airlines closer to flying time. |
Dietary Special Needs:
|
The Inn at Gig Harbor will honor special dietary needs for
diabetics, vegetarians, and food allergies. Make sure you check the
appropriate box on the Registration form. |
Smoking:
|
Smoking is not allowed in public
places in Washington State. The Inn at Gig Harbor is a non-smoking
facility, no smoking is allowed indoors. |
